Reading
Today we started reading the story, "The Chalk Box Kid." While reading this chapter book the students are learning about 4 strategies to use while reading. By using these strategies they will be able to increase their comprehension. The four strategies are clarify, predict, question and summarize. Next week they will be using these strategies to complete their reading homework.
